Big Bertha The Fiat Ducato Motorhome Conversion

Volunteering Day 2 November 25

Kettle working hard

So today Bertha was out again in support of my volunteering efforts at the Mid Norfolk Railway

My beloved SUV (sluggish utility vehicle!) dragged me to Dereham and back. And the 240v supply was put to good use again for the second day in a row. Slightly less complex use today, just battery charger and kettle.

With the weather being cold and damp today, the kettle certainly got hit hard. However it was all in a days work for the Bluetti power system in Bertha.

My work in Dereham is done for now, with the window frames in the south cap of 50019 now reinstalled, sanded and filled ready for painting. At some point she will have to drag me and my tools back there again. Possibly at the end of the month for a day or two. Completing the north cab should be much easier now I know what goes where…. that certainly took some working out initially.
